Propel Home Loans, LLC has partnerships with regional lenders who recognize that their success is dependent on strong relationships with the communities where they live and serve. This Community Commitment is grounded in fostering stronger and more stable communities.
These partners provide closing cost / down payment credits between 1%-3% of the loan amount for clients purchasing or refinancing a home in a low to moderate income census tract.

Grants
Propel Home Loans, LLC has partnerships with various nonprofit organizations and lenders that may offer grants starting at $1000 for qualified clients. These programs are subject to funds availability and program qualifications and not everyone will qualify.
